So so so. Sew buttons.
A good way to completely lose your appetite and get sick at the thought of eating is to forget your psych meds for a couple of days. Well, I didn't really forget them, I just ran out while I was in Grinnell and didn't want to drive back to Des Moines to get them.
I had these cold sweats and every time I tried to eat something I'd get really nauseous.
I've got pills back in my system and feel better, but my appetite is still weird. I think it's all the heartburn I've got right now.
I would like to take a minute to complain about breast tenderness. My tits hurt.
I've done alright on eating lately. I've been on a summer sausage and cheddar kick. A couple hundred calories of cheese and about 100 calories of summer sausage. And a Naked poop juice.
It doesn't sound very healthy, but it's filling. I'm also still doing my protein shakes, which are awesome. They taste really good with almond milk. Especially the dark chocolate stuff.
I got my hair cut the other day. It makes my face feel less fat. I think it's pretty flattering.
First, would me using your breast as pillows make them feel better?
ReplyDeleteSecond, that combo of food makes for really good poops.
Third, I did notice your hair but didn't say anything.....it does look beautiful. If someone twisted my arm behind my back.....then I'd say you're totally fuckable.
May I ask where you get the protein powder? I found the post where you list the name. I went to the website but it looks like you can only order it online. Just wondering if it's something you can get at GNC or someplace like that.
ReplyDeleteBTW - love reading your posts. I stumbled on them by accident and started reading from the beginning. Although I haven't had a hysterectomy, I foresee it happening sometime within the next few years (damn heredity). I have been overweight for many years and have gained/lost/gained/lost...getting tired of the cycle. Maybe it's time to take a new approach - that's why I'm thinking of trying the protein powder.
Sorry for rambling...
Hi Michelle! I'm glad you enjoy reading!
ReplyDeleteThe protein powder is called UnJury. I get it in the health food section at Hy-Vee. I've looked in a few other places and haven't found it. I would think they have it at GNC or someplace like that, but I've just been lucky to find it at the Hy-Vee.
Just wanted to let you know I found the protein powder...thanks for sharing! I wanted to ask - do you get the regular chocolate or chocolate splendor? One of them has sucralose (however it's spelled) and I wasn't sure if I wanted that one. I haven't tried the chocolate Almond Breeze but I love the vanilla flavor. Looking forward to trying it and (hopefully) it working for my appetite!
